2. Products and Pricing

We present our curated archive of board games with utmost precision. However, variations in digital displays may slightly alter the perceived color of box art or components. We guarantee that all physical properties—such as linen finishes, custom wooden meeples, and die-cast metal tokens—are exactly as specified by the publisher. Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to adjustment without prior notice due to fluctuations in global manufacturing and shipping costs. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors, up to and including the cancellation of orders placed under erroneous pricing.

3. Order Fulfillment

Upon submission of an order through our secure checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. Playverse LLC reserves the absolute right to accept or decline this offer based on inventory availability or suspected fraudulent activity. Once accepted, your premium items will be dispatched from our Swansea facility, packed using our multi-layered corrugated defense protocols to prevent transit damage. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners; we are not liable for delays caused by atmospheric disturbances or severe logistical network failures.

4. Limitation of Liability

Playverse LLC curates and sells physical strategy games intended for entertainment and intellectual engagement. Under no legal paradigm shall Playverse LLC, its founder Elias Chandra, or its employees be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress resulting from a particularly brutal defeat in an intense worker placement game.
